The District of Columbia Insurance Laws do not provide for the licensing or regulation of Third Party Administrators (TPA’s).  Applicants for TPA registration may inquire at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) for any filing requirements which may apply for TPA’s.
